Question from Alice and my answer

Help! I bought this doll at a yard sale years ago. I suspect she is from the Netherlands. She has china (bisque) head, arms and lower legs; the body is some sort of semi-hard material. She wears knee-length white cotton pantaloons. Because she is an inexpensive doll, but has the china parts, I think she must be fairly old, perhaps 1930? From what province?


She is from Volendam in The Netherlands but her costume is far from authentic!
